Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at COLUSI Gamer, operated by MORADI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on our website.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (if applicable)
We ship to the following countries/regions: United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, Canada, and other mainstream markets. We do not ship to restricted countries as per international regulations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
- All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such charges, including import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred during or after the shipping process.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding current import duties and taxes.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure to receive packages.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout.
- If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipment.
