Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receiving your items.

Return Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags intact and in original packaging. You are also required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom-made and personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Promotional merchandise and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
